As we value our customers experience so highly we offer free repairs and replacements within 1 year of purchasing

If you have any problem at all with your BlendnGo please send us an email - support@blendngoco.com with the subject line Repairs/Replacements and your order number

We will get back to you to confirm the availability of the new piece required

Please allow up to 4 weeks for some spare parts as we have a limited supply of replacements and may have to specifically manufacture the needed piece for you.

The shipping fee must be covered on the receivers behalf

If for any reason you need to return your BlendnGo please reach out to us on support@blendngoco.com and we will advise the required steps to be taken.
