Healthy, Oat Pancakes

As voted by a number of the BlendnGo community, the favourite recipe from our series 2 recipe book was our delicious yet nutritious oat pancakes. The perfect breakfast or evening snack! 

Oat pancakes ingredients:

  • 40mls milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 50 grams oats
  • 50 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Optional 1tsp cocoa powder

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to your BlendnGo
  • Turn on and shake while blending
  • Blend until smooth
  • Fry over medium heat until cooked
  • Top as desired
