Healthy, Oat Pancakes
As voted by a number of the BlendnGo community, the favourite recipe from our series 2 recipe book was our delicious yet nutritious oat pancakes. The perfect breakfast or evening snack!
Oat pancakes ingredients:
- 40mls milk
- 1 whole egg
- 50 grams oats
- 50 grams Greek yoghurt
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp baking powder
- Optional 1tsp cocoa powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your BlendnGo
- Turn on and shake while blending
- Blend until smooth
- Fry over medium heat until cooked
- Top as desired
